Delta Lambda Phi Social Fraternity, Incorporated

Delta Lambda Phi Social Fraternity, Inc. is the first fraternity on the WSU campus that has an international reputation for being open to members of the LGBT community as well as allies alike. The most important goals for this organization is to foster brotherhood between men who may have not met each other in other situations and to stay active in all ways possible within the community. Our colony was officially founded and internationally recognized on October 25th, 2014 and we are open to ALL men regardless of sexual preference, expression, and orientation within the LGBT community as well as allies and supporters. The Alpha Pledge Class of our colony contains our 5 founders and we are excited to make a difference to our campus.


Gamma Alpha Omega Sorority, Incorporated

 The purpose of Gamma Alpha Omega is to promote and instill in every member of our Sorority the values of Honesty, Integrity, Leadership, Scholarship, and Unity. These pillars have become the foundation of our organization and a symbol of devotion to our purpose. The Purpose of Kappa Delta Chi is to promote the values of Unity, Honesty, Integrity and Leadership among women at colleges and universities. Through numerous service events, sisterhood retreats and academic and cultural workshops, KDChi’s learn more about themselves and each other. They sprout into impacting leaders and help guide the next generation to success. La Hermandad De O eMe Te

La Hermandad De O eMe Te is a Nahualt (Aztec) lettered brotherhood. Its purpose is:

  1. to Serve as a support group for its undergraduate membership, encouraging the membership to grow, learn, mature, and eventually graduate, with and undergraduate degree.

  2. To support and defend the human and social rights of the Chicano/Mexicano/Latino communities and all people of color.

  3. To instill the four Pillars: Culture, Wisdom, Empowerment, Carnalismo and the values associated with each pillar in the hearts of O eMe Te's undergraduate Carnales.

  4. To increase the number of educated Chicanos/Mexicanos/Latinos with undergraduate and graduate degrees.

  5. To create and buld a network of the educated Raza whose post-collegiate political, educational, professional and business experience can be directed towards the continued empowerment of our Chicano/Mexicano/Latino communities.

Sigma Lambda Beta International Fraternity

"Sigma Lambda Beta Fraternity is a social fraternity that was founded in 1986 at the University of Iowa. It is based on cultural understanding and wisdom. Most noteworthy is that 18 men of whom 16 were of Latin American or Hispanic origin/descent founded Sigma Lambda Beta. We believe in the principles of fairness, opportunity and in the equality of all men regardless of their race, culture or ethnicity. Our biggest goal is to see that society can realize the importance of these three principles. In order to achieve this goal, we all strive to model these behaviors and present ourselves in a gentlemanly and educated fashion."
