On January 13, 1913, twenty-two dynamic collegiate women birthed our beloved Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated on the campus of Howard University. These women were determined to make a change with the guiding principles of Sisterhood, Scholarship, and Service. Today, the Xi Psi Chapter carries on the legacy of our illustrious Founders along with over 900,000 members internationally.

The Xi Psi Chapter is dedicated to serving Washington State University and the Palouse communities through programming and outreach with a focus on Delta's Five-Point Programmatic Thrust: Educational Development, Economic Development, Political Awareness and Involvement, Physical and Mental Health, and International Awareness and Involvement. Historically, the Xi Psi chapter served as a pillar in the African American community, encouraging high academic achievement and strong leadership.

We are excited to serve as  catalysts of change on our campus with inspiration from our most illustrious Founders. Thank you for visiting our website and Go Cougs!
